Whitefish Hills embraces the town of Whitefish, occupying the rolling terrain between town and the foothills of Spencer Mountain to the west. Whitefish Hills’ homeowners enjoy lake access and a dock on Blanchard Lake, at the center of this private, gated community. The Lake access includes a Homeowners Park available only to residents and their guests. Guests can enjoy a trip down to Blanchard Lake to take a ride in their own canoe or paddle boat.
