Whitefish Hills is continuing to build on its history of success since inception in 1997. The first lots in the 2,200 acre community were quickly purchased. Many of these large parcels now host elegant homes and extensive equestrian facilities. Click here for a Photo Gallery of Developed Home Sites

In all, almost 60 lots have been sold to date in Whitefish Hills. There are numerous completed estate homes that are currently on the market in the community as well as a number under construction or working through the planning phases.

The latest offering in Whitefish Hills is Phase III, comprised of 20 acre lots with underground utilities installed. These lots sit on the east side of over 2,000 acres of state land known as the Spencer Mountain area, which has an extensive network of trails and a lake.

Several of these lots have pond frontage, and the entire phase includes some of the highest elevations and best views looking north to the Whitefish Mountain Range and Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort.

Future plans for Whitefish Hills will see the completion of the Forest Phase. This has created a third entrance to Whitefish Hills from KM Ranch Road in the Stillwater River Valley to the south west side of the community. This final phase will add 540 acres divided into 10 acre lots.
