Whitefish Hills is continuing to grow and is building on its success that began in 1997 with a series of large, 20-60 acre lots.  Since then Whitefish Hills has seen consistent lot sales and new home construction.  In all, almost 60 lots have sold in four phases, including several completed home estates and extensive equestrian facilities.  At this time there are a number of new residences under construction. As of this writing the developer has sold all lots in Whitefish Hills. 


In 2012 the developer brought a new phase to the market, Whitefish Hills Forest.  The Forest is comprised of 10-acre lots within the gates of Whitefish Hills, all with access to existing amenities.  Phases I and 2 are complete, with lot sales underway.

Upon completion this will create a third entrance to Whitefish Hills from KM Ranch Road in the Stillwater River Valley on the Southwest of the community.


In the fall of 2016 the developer brought Whitefish Hills Village, the final concept for Whitefish Hills, to market.  Comprised of a total of 88 lots ranging from 2-5 acres surrounding a natural groundwater lake, The Village provides a last component to the market.  Phases 1 and 2 are complete with homesites available for purchase.
